Cada empleado es responsable de reportar inmediatamente (dentro de 24 horas) al departamento de Global Drug Safety cualquier información de seguridad sobre un producto medicinal de Grünenthal de la cual haya tenido conocimiento. Dicha información puede haber sido descubierta en el marco de su actividad laboral o haberle sido informada en forma directa.
Bajo el siguiente link podrá usted encontrar un formulario electrónico a tal efecto. La información que usted introduzca en el mismo será directamente enviada al departamento Global Drug Safety mediante un clic en el botón “Enviar”.

Please report immediately (within 24 hours)
Employees are responsible to report immediately (within 24 hours) any safety information on Grünenthal medical products of which they become aware to Global Drug Safety department. They may discover the information during the conduct of their work or it is reported to them directly.
Under the following link you will find a dedicated electronic report form. The information you will fill in there will be directly forwarded to the Global Drug Safety department by pressing the “Send” button.

Sie haben eventuell im Rahmen ihrer Arbeit davon erfahren, oder diese Information wurde ihnen persönlich berichtet.
Sie finden ein geeignetes elektronisches Meldeformular im nachstehenden Link. Die Informationen, die Sie dort einfügen, werden automatisch an die Abteilung für Arzneimittelsicherheit weitergeleitet, wenn Sie auf die „Versenden“-Schaltfläche klicken.

Ele pode ficar sabendo da informação ao realizar seu trabalho ou se a informação lhe for relatada diretamente.
